How We Use AI

We do not build AI websites. Our designs are always created by a human with a real understanding of our clients’ needs, combined with the nuance and expertise of being professional web designers. While we don’t build AI websites, we’ve become pretty good at fixing them.

The majority of our AI use is in our internal processes. AI helps us keep projects organized and saves us time on rote clerical work that takes us away from serving our clients. In our work, we do not start with AI. Our content generation and web development begins and ends with a human. Along the way, AI may be used to speed up high-touch development tasks or help with debugging custom code.

Our team may use AI to summarize, build workflows, automate tasks, and assist with writing/proofreading code. AI may not be used to generate written or visual content in our work serving small business owners in South Dakota unless otherwise discussed with a client and approved for use in the project.
